THE 4 STEP RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • This is the part where I dive deep into your organisation, the role and what you need in an employee. I’ll consider your budget, the current market and your existing team.

  • I won’t just post and hope for the best. Sure, advertising is helpful. But while we’re waiting for applications to roll in, I also use alternative methods like industry forums, social media and LinkedIn.

  • I pre-screen and interview eligible applicants (and you won’t have to lift a finger in this stage). Then, I’ll create a shortlist and give you 2 to 3 of the best candidates to interview.

  • Knowing how to conduct an interview and ask the right questions will help you evaluate each candidate. The good news? I’ll provide you with pre-interview support and a list of tailored questions.
